TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hobbs

The staff was pretty helpful and friendly. I'm from California, and I've never seen or heard so many bird sounds in the evening. What type of birds are those hanging out in the trees out front? Not disturbed.... just curious

Both The General Manager and Regional Manager are super wonderful. A family member had a big surgery and need a handicap room. Lahcen and Vaness went on and byone to make sure our request was taken care of. We did have to extended our room when we notified The GM she said she was sold out but would extend us if anyone canceled. Someone did cancel and the GM notified us ASAP to extended our room. The whole hotel was super clean.

This is the best hotel in Hobbs in terms of cleanliness and rooms. I came here after a horror story at another hotel. The rooms have small stoves, a full fridge, and a dining table. The breakfast is consistently good and has fresh fruit. The only thing lacking from this hotel are present and helpful front desk staff.

Great place to stay for a certain period of time. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, comfortable beds, it's just a great place to stay. Definitely recommend staying here, 5 stars.

Looks brand new. Super clean and neat. The breakfast was good. I love the kitchenette. The staff were super helpful. We accidentally left a few items behind, and the hotel staff helped to find them and hold them for us to pick up.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was well maintained and varied. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had was they don't man the front desk, so you have to call for service sometimes. They come quickly, so there are no issues.

I had a terrible experience else where in town and came here at 9pm in the night last minute. And it was a treat. The staff was SO personable on arrival, which I don't expect really late at night. The room was SPOTLESS. It smelt good, no carpet, swept and clean. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean and you could see little details like stickers on paper towels to show they had been there. Mattress was spotless and clean. Breakfast was good, they had a good variety and refiled quickly. The little breakfast sandwich were delish.

Very nice clean place, the tiles in the room make it feel cold and when getting out of the shower can be slippery, for the price of the room I would suggest something like hospital socks or the disposable slip ons they give you at the spa when getting a pedicure for safety. I'm sure the tiles are easier to clean, just not very safe. Otherwise nice rooms, just like a mini appt with all the essentials. (Pots n dishes, dishwasher, fridge and micro). If you're traveling with kids it's ! Just don't let them run around in the room.
